Meet the team

Intelligent political monitoring and analysis from an experienced team

Charles Fletcher

Prior to founding Navigate Politics, Charles led the Government Affairs function for one of Europe’s largest aerospace manufacturers. He worked for a number of Members of Parliament in the lead up to and during the early years of the Coalition Government, including in the Shadow Cabinet and then Cabinet. He is an avid hiker and cricketer; but will freely admit that, however keen, he is a dreadful batsman.

Imogen Hind

Imogen joined Navigate in 2022 having studied her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Global Political Economy at the University of Leeds. She enjoys working in sectors relating to renewable energy sources and restoring greener spaces, alongside international aid to help countries mitigate climate effects. Outside work, Imogen enjoys running around a hockey pitch (attempting to play), finding new recipes to cook and exploring new coffee shops.

Andrew Niblett

Andrew joined Navigate in 2018, after completing a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security and Development at the University of Exeter, following an undergraduate degree in Economics and Politics, also at Exeter. At Navigate he oversees the client base and ensures the smooth running of all daily operations. A keen sports fan, Andrew can often be found watching Brighton &; Hove Albion, or turning his hand to bowling, mini golf, or the driving range.

Emily Oldham

Emily joined the Navigate team in 2023, having graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in history. With some experience working in the global mobility field, she has a keen interest in international affairs and immigration, but also enjoys working with policy relating to the environment, education and health. Outside of work she loves cooking and, of course, watching a good rom-com.

Thomas Pate

Tom joined Navigate in 2026, after completing an undergraduate degree in History at the University of Cambridge and a Graduate Diploma in Law at City University, London. He has a longstanding interest in international affairs and defence, and also enjoys exploring a variety of sectors and policy areas. Outside of work he is a keen reader of history and enjoys films and travel, and could be charitably described as an ‘improving’ photographer.

Madelyn Key

Maddie joined Navigate in January 2026 following a masters degree in Human Rights from UCL and a bachelors in History and Politics from the University of Southampton. She has a strong interest in international law and the intersectionality of human and environmental rights, with her work at Navigate spanning across the finance, environment and energy sectors. Outside of work, she enjoys following Arsenal (sometimes), running, and travelling to new cities, usually with a book in hand.

Joseph Doyle

Joe joined Navigate in January 2026, having graduated with a degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick in 2024. He previously worked as a policy caseworker for an MP and has a keen interest in environmental policy. Outside of work, Joe is a passionate football fan and 'enjoys' watching his team Coventry City, as well as trying to play badminton and table tennis.

Ghillie

The self-appointed Chief Morale Officer, Ghillie’s enthusiasm and determination to succeed has seen him hit career heights others only dream of. A fan of hot desking, he chooses a laissez-faire approach to where he sits and what he does in the office. Outside working hours he can be found in a local park or wood covered in mud, or destroying the latest ‘indestructible’ toy purchased for him at great expense.

Rebecca Williams

Rebecca joined Navigate in 2025, after graduating with a degree in history from the University of Nottingham. She has experience working on European urban transport projects, with a focus on sustainability, which has shaped her interest in how policy can support infrastructure and mobility. At Navigate, Rebecca primarily works across the transport and defence sectors. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking, and exploring new places.

Tom Blake

Having completed an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Sheffield and a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Birmingham, Tom joined Navigate in 2021. He has a strong interest in international affairs and security, and enjoys work relating to the defence and energy sectors. Alongside work Tom relishes improving his historical knowledge, and is a keen cook and tennis fan.

Christian Bridge-Harrington

Christian leads the development of our in-house software applications and IT processes. He brings experience with senior leadership and software engineering practices from a career working across many industry sectors and businesses. With a keen interest in politics, he spent a number of years working in Parliament and brings that inside knowledge to Navigate. He is an avid outdoor cook and wine buff who spends as much time outside in the Peak District as he can.

Sophia Jordan

After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Marist College and a Master’s degree in Politics and Communications from the London School of Economics, Sophia joined Navigate in August of 2023. With a specific interest in environmental policy and human rights, her work at Navigate focuses on housing and transport policy. As the lone American, she enjoys spending her free time studying up on British pop culture references.
